In most cases, no. If your machines already export CSV shift reports or CMM inspection files, that is sufficient to start. OPC-UA and direct API ingest are available on the Production and Enterprise tiers for shops that want to automate the data pipeline. The Pilot tier is designed specifically for shops that want to see results before investing in integration work.

The Pilot tier is typically active within one business day of receiving your first yield data file. You upload a CSV with historical parameter settings and inspection measurements, and the system generates an initial parameter recommendation set. The first meaningful results come from your next 3 to 5 trial runs on the line.

Yes. Your yield data is never used to train models for other customers, and is never shared outside your account. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. For facilities with air-gap requirements, the Enterprise on-premises deployment means your data never leaves your network.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the historical data from your Pilot runs carries forward into the Production tier. Your existing parameter model continues to improve as you add new production lines. Contact us or use the upgrade button in your dashboard to make the change.
