About

Built to solve a specific, hard problem in precision manufacturing.

Founded in 2023 by engineers who spent years watching shops run the same parameter experiments over and over with no systematic way to learn from them.

The problem we kept seeing

We first encountered the parameter search problem working on process improvement projects at aerospace subcontractors in Southern California. The pattern was always the same: a shop would spend months getting a new part into production, iterate through parameters by trial and error, eventually find something that worked, and write it down in a spreadsheet. Two years later, when a similar part came along or a new machinist took over the job, the learning was gone.

The data existed. Every CMM inspection, every shift report, every tool wear log was sitting somewhere in the shop's systems or on a shared drive. But it was not connected in any way that let you ask: given what I know about this material and these tolerances, what parameters should I start with?

We started Reaxiomatic in 2023 to build the system that connects those data points and turns accumulated yield measurement history into a searchable, continuously improving parameter model. The core engine is Bayesian optimization applied to a multi-dimensional parameter space, continuously updated as new yield measurements arrive from the shop floor.

We are based in San Diego and serve precision machining shops across aerospace, defense, and medical device manufacturing.
